ODOO'S FUNCTION
The Appraisals app in Odoo allows for flexible, recurring employee performance reviews. It supports both manager evaluations and employee self-assessments, with fully customizable content and scheduling options to fit any performance cycle.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo extends the Appraisal application with a dedicated feature: a "Skills not updated" boolean field on the appraisal form. When this option is active and the appraisal is validated, the system prevents any updates from being automatically applied to the employee's skills records on their employee form.
1. Go to Appraisals > Create new appraisal or use an existing appraisal You can check an employee's skill in the Skills tab e.g., English: Upper (75%) French: Immediate (50%) Database: Intern (25%) |  |
2. Checked Skill not updated then edit skills For example: English: Upper (75%) to English: Immediate (50%) Save > Mark as Done the appraisal |   |
3. Go to the employee's profile > You can see that the English proficiency is still Upper (75%) |  |
