ODOO'S FUNCTION
In standard Odoo, employee skills exist inside the Employees app, but: Skills are managed as fields/records within the employee profile, not as a dedicated menu. There is no standalone skill object with chatter, so changes (add/remove/update skills) have little audit trail or collaboration. HR managers cannot easily track skill history, comments, or discussions related to a specific skill.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances the skills feature with:
1️⃣ A dedicated Employee Skill menu for managing and browsing skills separately.
2️⃣ Chatter integration: Each skill record has a message thread for comments, attachments, and automated logs.
