ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, you have to manually fill in information such as the journal, warehouse, and operation type in orders every time. If you want to sort and filter orders classified by these fields, there is no available method.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Combined with module fal_order_type, this module helps you transfer the journal, warehouse, and operation type from the sales order type to a Sales Order and features the order type in the Quotation template.
A. Transfer the journal, warehouse, and operation type to a Sales Order1. Create a new Quotation from Sales Go to Other info → Order Type → Choose the order type you want → The Journal, Warehouse, and Operation Type fields will be auto-filled with the same contents that you set in the order type |  |
Note that the list of Order types displayed is restricted by Company settings - each company can only see order types belonging to their own company and order types with no company specified |

2. Confirm this quotation to change status to Sales Order → The Warehouse and Operation Type fields will be inherited |  |
3. Create Invoice and you will see the Journal field is also auto-filled |  |
B. Transfer the journal, warehouse, and operation type from the Quotation template to a Sales Order1. Go to Quotation template and choose the Order type you want |

2. Create a new Quotation from Sales Choose above Quotation Template → The Warehouse and Operation Type fields will be auto-filled with the same contents that you set in the order type |

3. Confirm this quotation to change status to Sales Order |

4. Create Invoice and you will see the Journal field is also auto-filled |
