CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
A product has both a price and a predefined range. The salesperson retains the ability to adjust the initial price; however, any modifications must fall within the specified range.
- Salesman cannot confirm sale order which is below minimum price. There will be a notification when confirming sale.
- Salesman cannot confirm sale order which is above maximum price. They will receive a notification when confirming sale order
- Approval Process: Manager is able to approve quotation with Wait Approval status
Before you try the module, make sure you already activate discount and pricelist on Sales |  |
With sales administrator user, we can set minimum sale price on product pricelist. We can try to set: Salesman minimum reduction: 10% Maximum increment: 5% |  |
Minimum Price Reduction With sales non-admin user, create a sale order: Pricelist: Public Pricelist Product: Cabinet with Doors Discount: 11% (more than minimum discount 10%) The text color of SOL line turns red and checked box Below minimum |  |
Maximum Price IncrementPricelist: Public Pricelist Product: Cabinet with Doors Price: 18% (more than 5% - maximum price increment) The text color of SOL line turns red and checked box Above Maxium Noted: Not define the product in pricelist > the text color of SOL be normal: OK | |
