ODOO BEHAVIOUR
In Odoo's standard, an appointment booked online only generates a Sales Order (SO) if there's an upfront payment greater than 0. However, in many businesses (e.g., consultation, education, service centers), even zero-priced appointments need to be logged formally via SOs for tracking, reporting, or invoicing.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR
✅ Always creates an SO even if the upfront payment = 0.
